I’m afraid it’s been … two months.
Ghost of Tsushima
On July 25, I started to write a post about starting a legitimate play-through of Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut. As you can see, that never came to fruition as I had lost steam pretty fast. The story, art style, and game play are great, so that was not the issue. I lost the drive to dive into to the level that I felt would be necessary to make any serious progress.
Movies
Since my last post, I have watched many movies, more than I care to list in this short post (maybe next time). I did make the trek to watch Deadpool & Wolverine on opening weekend. It was a really fun movie and a great experience! This is not a unique opinion by any means, but I feel that the past 5 years of Marvel releases have been lackluster at best, so it was good to see this movie release and it’s deserved success! Cheers to Huge Jackedman and co!
Series
I have finished several telly series and mini-series. While working on this, I intended to put a crude rating but it was starting to take a long time to make it look nice, and I’m trying to make this post quickly!

Rise of Nations
After playing a game of Civilization V with a good buddy of mine, I got the nostalgic itch to go back and play one of my favorites from my younger days, Rise of Nations! I bought this re-release version a few years back, but this time I have been making a serious effort to complete the achievements list. I have finished 8 achievements and am currently working on the second to last campaign. This game can be played in small bursts and has been a good stress reliever for this time period.
Closing
I have not given up on this medium! I have been a bit sidetracked with certain things going on in my life, but I’m always brainstorming new ideas I want to work through. This is all for fun and personal fulfillment, so the frequency of updates/posts may not be consistent. I am also not sure what my overarching goal is for this site.
